General Questions

Our platform is a community-driven product discovery website where makers can showcase their products and receive feedback from users. It's designed to help innovative products gain visibility and connect with early adopters.

Browsing products and interacting with the community is completely free. However, if you want to submit your own products, you'll need a subscription. We offer both per-product subscriptions at $9.99/month per product and an unlimited subscription at $29.99/month for unlimited product submissions.

Creating an account is simple! Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page, fill out the registration form with your details, and verify your email address. Once verified, you can start exploring and interacting with products right away.

For Product Makers

To submit a product, you need to:

  1. Create an account and log in
  2. Subscribe to either a per-product or unlimited plan
  3. Click on "Submit a Product" in your dashboard
  4. Fill out the product details form with information about your product
  5. Upload required images (logo and banner)
  6. Submit for review

Our team will review your submission and approve it if it meets our guidelines.

We offer two subscription options:

  • Per-Product Plan: $9.99/month per product. Ideal if you only have one or two products to list.
  • Unlimited Plan: $29.99/month for unlimited product submissions. Perfect for makers with multiple products or agencies.

Both plans include full analytics, community feedback, and the ability to update your product listings.

Our team typically reviews product submissions within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your product will be visible on the platform immediately. If your submission is rejected, you'll receive feedback on why and how to improve it for resubmission.

For Users

To upvote a product, you need to be logged in. Once logged in, simply click the upvote button (arrow icon) on any product card or product page. Your upvote will be counted immediately and will help the product gain visibility on the platform.

Yes! Logged-in users can leave both comments and reviews on product pages. Comments are for general feedback and questions, while reviews include a rating and more detailed feedback about your experience with the product.

You can find products in several ways:

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by keyword
  • Browse by category using the categories menu
  • Check out the "Trending," "Latest," or "Featured" sections
  • Browse by tags that interest you

You can also filter search results by category, tag, and other criteria to narrow down your options.

Technical & Support

To reset your password:

  1. Click on "Log In" in the top right corner
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" below the login form
  3. Enter your email address and submit
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Follow the link and create a new password

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your dashboard and navigate to Billing
  3. Click on the Manage Subscription button
  4. In the Stripe portal, choose to cancel your current plan

Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
